New York--Mexican fire opals bring the heat in this ornate ring design by Los Angeles-based fine jewelry brand M. Spalten, which has us anticipating the warmer days ahead.

The opals are surrounded by pink tourmalines and white diamonds, all set in 18-karat rose gold with black rhodium accents.

M. Spalten is the venture launched a few years ago by Melissa Spalten, a Texas native with a love of gemstones.

Spalten’s orange and pink color combination is on fire; we can’t wait to see more from the burgeoning designer.

The “Fire” ring retails for $7,452. For wholesale or retail inquiries contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
