JFC unveils 2013 holiday card designs
November 01, 2013
These are two of the three child-designed holiday cards that are part of Jewelers for Children’s holiday campaign this year.
New York--Jewelers for Children (JFC) has launched its 2013 Hope for the Holidays program, a fundraising effort that benefits children’s charities.
The campaign includes greeting cards, an honor donation program and contribution cards and inserts all made using artwork created by children representing JFC’s charity partners.
This year’s program includes a total of three holiday cards featuring images drawn by children from Make-A-Wish America and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. JFC members may choose to send these in place of holiday cards this season to show support for the organization.
There are contribution recognition cards available for purchase with a donation to JFC that can be sent to contacts this holiday season as well as contribution inserts for use in any holiday card.
With the honor donation program, meanwhile, companies in the industry can send letters to their suppliers and customers asking that instead of gifts, they make a donation to the JFC in their name. JFC will provide recommended language for such a letter, as well as customized donation forms.
Information about purchasing the holiday cards, contribution cards and inserts, as well as the honor donation program, can be found on the JFC website or by calling 212-687-2949.
Founded in 1999, JFC raises money for donation to a number of children’s charities including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America and the National CASA Association.
