AGS Launches ‘Find a Professional Jeweler’
The American Gem Society has expanded its website’s “Find a Jeweler” search tool to highlight jewelers with professional credentials.
Las Vegas--The American Gem Society has expanded the “Find a Jeweler” search tool on its website to highlight jewelers with professional credentials.
Now, consumers can click to “Find a Professional Jeweler” directly from the AGS homepage.
The tool promotes jewelers with credentials and reminds consumers of the importance of doing business with jewelers who are up-to-date with their education.
The search tool shows jewelers’ specific credentials, if they have completed certifications and if they have recently attended Conclave.
AGS plans to drive traffic to its “Find a Professional Jeweler” search tool via a consumer-oriented print and online ad campaign in 2017.
“AGS is pleased to highlight our titleholders and promote the importance of continued education and recertification,” said Ruth Batson, CEO of the AGS and AGS Laboratories. “If a consumer meets a jeweler, they now have an unbiased way to learn more about that jeweler’s commitment to education, ethics, and professionalism.”
