JA’s cash-and-carry show kicks off Sunday
Nearly 500 vendors are set to exhibit at the upcoming JA New York Special Delivery show, which begins Sunday at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York.
New York--Nearly 500 vendors are set to exhibit at the upcoming JA New York Special Delivery show, which begins Sunday at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York.
Special Delivery is the largest cash-and-carry jewelry trade show serving the Northeast, and the show offers both true immediate delivery and cash-and-carry for goods bought at the show, enabling jewelers to get the merchandise into their showcases as quickly as possible for the holiday selling season.
Retailers attending--a mix of independent jewelers, fashion boutiques and online retailers from the New York tri-state area--have the opportunity to buy the latest fine jewelry, gifts and timepieces without having to worry about late or partial delivery.
JA New York Show Director Drew Lawsky said that show organizers are “truly excited” about Special Delivery, noting that the show is larger and pre-registration is pacing ahead as compared with last year.
He adds that the weather forecast for the upcoming weekend is good.
“As everyone recalls, Special Delivery last year took place, unfortunately, as Hurricane Sandy hit our area so our three-day show was reduced to five hours,” Lawsky said. “Everyone is looking forward to a rebound this time and many that planned to come visit last year are coming this time. I am also happy to report the weather forecast could not be better.”
JA New York Special Delivery takes place Sunday through Tuesday at the Javits center. Those interested in attending the show can register online or on site.
