Beverly Hills, Calif.--The 69th Annual Golden Globes took place Jan. 15 here, opening red carpet season and providing a stage for celebrities to show off glamorous jewelry.

This awards gala was no different from recent ones, with stars breaking out chandelier earrings and colorful cocktail rings covered in diamonds. Some chose familiar red carpet colored stones such as sapphire, while others stepped out in less commonly seen gems such as green diamonds.

Shaun Robinson wore black and white diamond drop earrings (below, $66,000), with a total of 22.14 carats, by Dena Kemp.

Tina Fey wore Kwiat’s blue sapphire and diamond earrings ($57,000) and blue sapphire and diamond ring ($7,650), set in platinum and 18-karat white gold. Both pieces (below) are from Kwiat’s Vintage Collection.

Rainey Qualley wore a Diamond in the Rough green and white rough diamond ring with pavé accents (below, $150,000).

Giuliana Rancic wore Simon G. palladium and diamond studs with a flower jacket (below, $1,804).

Meryl Streep wore a Jaeger-LeCoultre 101 Etrier diamond watch (below) with a satin strap to the Golden Globes.
