GIA Manhattan to feature designer Tiffany Chou

Feb 10, 2012

New York--The GIA Alumni Manhattan Chapter’s next lecture, “From Maui to Manhattan,” will feature jewelry designer Tiffany Chou.

“Growing up on a tropical island, jewelry designer Tiffany Chou was always inspired by her surroundings,” GIA Manhattan said. “Tiffany’s love of the ocean greatly influenced her jewelry line, which was launched in the fall of 2010. Much of her success is due to hard work, perseverance, the importance of quality craftsmanship and a connection with her customers.”

The lecture will be held Feb. 15 at Connolly’s on 14th East 47th St., between Madison and Fifth Avenues. There will be a 6 p.m. cash bar and networking half hour, followed by a 6:30 p.m. dinner and 7:30 p.m. lecture.

The meeting is $46 for students and members and $52 for non-members. Space is limited to 50, and attendance without reservations will require cash at the door. Reservations must be made by Feb. 10.

GIA Alumni Association members will earn 4-carat points for attending this meeting.
