JA offers members e-commerce program discount
New York--Jewelers of America (JA) has partnered with WR Cobb Online and can now offer its members more than 57 percent off Cobb’s e-commerce program setup fees.
“With more customers than ever shopping and educating themselves online, we recognize that our members need access to jewelry-specific web-based platforms that will allow them to build brand presence and compete online,” Robert Headley, chief operating officer at JA, said.
WR Cobb Online is the interactive division of W.R. Cobb Company, an American manufacturer of jewelry findings, castings and precious metals. Cobb Online provides retail jewelers with the marketing and technology platforms needed to lower inventory costs and compete with e-commerce jewelry retailers.
“WR Cobb Online’s outstanding reputation in the industry and proved record of success in helping retailers effortlessly implement sales-increasing technology makes them an ideal solution for our members,” Headley said.
The partnership will also provide JA members exclusive discounts on other web and mobile services.
“Retailers looking to move into the digital space know that the cost is high, the timeline is long and functionality can often be disappointing,” Jay Gerber, vice president of sales and marketing for WR Cobb Online, said. “We have created ways to deliver high-quality, customizable solutions to the individual retailer at an affordable price … for JA members.”
Additional information on services from WR Cobb Online can be found here on the JA website.
