Discount e-tailer adds jewelry to the mix
San Francisco--One Kings Lane, an online retailer of furniture and other housewares, announced Friday that it is adding vintage and branded jewelry to its product assortment, calling it a “natural extension” of the site’s selection.
One Kings Lane is an e-commerce site that holds curated sales of specific brands at deeply discounted prices. Consumers become “members” of the site by providing their name and email address.
The San Francisco-based site also holds specific sale events in other product categories, including recent sales of vintage Rolex watches and Chanel jewelry. One of the site’s founders noted that jewelry events are popular among the site’s shoppers.
“Our shopper is interested in an array of lifestyle products, and jewelry has been a popular item within our Tastemaker Tag Sales and Vintage & Market Finds sales events,” One Kings Lane co-founder Susan Feldman said. “While our focus will remain on the home, adding jewelry is a natural extension to the home.”
Jewelry designers who will be featured on the site include Ashley Pittman, who also is sold at New York City jewelry showroom Fragments, Anna Beck, Natalie Frigo, Paige Novick and Michelle Campbell, according to One Kings Lane.
