NRF names top 10 retailers for customer service
Washington--The National Retail Federation (NRF) has announced the top 10 retailers for excellent customer service as selected by shoppersin the seventh annual NRF Foundation/American Express Customers’ Choice survey.
In alphabetical order, consumers chose Amazon.com, JCPenney, Kohl’s Department Stores, Land’s End, L.L. Bean, Newegg, Nordstrom, Overstock.com, QVC and Zappos as the top retailers for customer service.
The official ranking for the above retailers will be revealed Jan. 17 during the NRF’s 101st Annual Convention and Expo. A complete list of the 46 retailers shoppers selected as having the best customer service will also be released at that time.
The NRF Foundation/American Express Customers’ Choice survey polled 9,374 shoppers from Sept. 6-14. Along with gauging consumer attitudes toward customer service, the survey also promotes best practices and recognizes retailers providing excellent customer service. The survey was conducted by BIGresearch.
