New York--Swiss watchmaker Rado made an appearance on the catwalk at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week last Tuesday, partnering with clothing designer Malan Breton for his runway show.

A model wears Breton’s fashion paired with Rado’s black true Thinline watch.

Matthias Breschan, brand president of Rado, said the partnership between Rado and Breton was born of a similar passion for using various materials and techniques in new and different ways to create something unique.

“Rado, from the beginning, has concentrated on innovation, in terms of design and material,” Breschan said, “and this is exactly what Malan does in the fashion business.”

Rado’s True Thinline watch in white appears on the runway during Malan Breton’s fashion show.

Timepieces from Rado’s True Thinline, Sintra, Integral, D-Star and Ceramica lines were placed on Breton’s 33 male and female models.
