New York—
Johnson Matthey NY has revamped its Web site,
JMNY.com, to help jewelers increase their platinum and palladium business.
The redesigned site has an information-packed home page that leads users to other key areas of content.
It displays up-to-the-minute, "real" prices for platinum and palladium, as well as 30-day charts. Prices for rhodium, iridium and ruthenium are also shown.
The site also enables users to plot their own platinum and palladium price charts and cut and paste them into reports.
Behind the home page, the site now features a series of pages offering intuitive navigation to help users find what they're looking for. This includes a data bank of technical information as well as platinum and palladium advice.
In addition, the latest industry news and events, including new product and service information, is also available. Johnson Matthey also intends to report jewelers' platinum and palladium news, and asks the industry to send press releases and images to help keep the news section fresh, relevant and useful to the user.
