All Gumuchian’s jewelry collections are made right in its New York City offices, garnering it the “Made in NY” designation from the city for its local, high-quality production.
New York--It’s official: Fine jewelry brand Gumuchian is “Made in NY.”

The luxury jeweler now joins the ranks of fashion and accessories designers and brands to receive the designation.

Made in NY is an initiative of the New York City Economic Development Corporation, recognizing manufacturers in the city committed to local production.

Gumuchian said it is only the second jewelry brand to receive the designation, joining Carelle.

The certification means that the brand meets the highest quality standards and that its operations are fully located in New York.

Founder Anita Gumuchian and her daughters Myriam and Patricia carry on a family legacy in the jewelry industry that dates back more than 100 years.

All jewelry and collections, including the Carousel collection, the new Secret Garden collection and the much-beloved “B” collection that donates proceeds to City Growers, are manufactured right in the company’s midtown Manhattan offices, where an office managed by women helps the “Designed by Women for Women” mantra emerge.
