New York--According to designers, the Couture show was on fire this year, and John Hardy’s “Agni Naga” ring from the Cinta high jewelry collection perfectly embodies that energy.

In Indonesian myth, naga is a water dragon that protects oceanic pearls and brings bounty, and it is a staple motif for John Hardy. In the Agni Naga ring, it’s expressed through the scales adorning the shank.

Agni is high Balinese for fire and represented by a breathtaking 18.35-carat fire opal.

The ring is rendered in 18-karat yellow gold with pave brown diamonds and orange sapphires. It retails for $34,000.
