Sotheby’s announced it would be selling the world’s largest D flawless emerald-cut diamond later this month while lawyers in California filed to bring a class action lawsuit against Zale.

Career-wise, Michael Aram announced that Terri Eagle has been named the brand’s new president and CEO, and Jewelers Mutual’s Katherine Bodoh said she would be leaving the insurance company to work under Ruth Batson at the American Gem Society.
