San Diego--Allison Neumann is set to open her first store, which will serve as the flagship for her eponymous brand, in San Diego next month, coinciding with the launch of her new “River Rock” rough sapphire collection.

The new flagship boutique and showroom will be located at 861 6th Ave., Suite 614, in the city’s historic Gaslamp District.

The 400-square-foot showroom and store will carry Neumann’s classic collections, including gold and sterling silver, diamond and gemstone designs for men and women, as well as limited- edition fine jewelry, one-of-a-kind designs, engagement rings and wedding bands. It also will carry other branded jewelry lines, including a select collection of estate jewelry, accessories and gifts, and will perform retail services such as custom jewelry design and jewelry repair.

The décor of the space was inspired by Neumann’s organic designs. She had a crystal chandelier and six-foot beveled mirrors installed in the store in order to reflect the space’s natural light. Wood grain flooring and “barn door” style cabinets also are mixed with modern elements, such as raw steel counters and white jewelry cases.

“I wanted a very welcoming and inviting space,” she said.  “The juxtaposition between rustic and refined resonates with my design aesthetic, and creates for a very warm, elegant environment.”

The store’s grand opening event is scheduled for Nov. 8 from 12 to 4 p.m., welcoming both industry members and jewelry lovers to preview and purchase the latest designs from Neumann. The event will showcase the rough sapphire designs from her new River Rock collection, inspired by the designer’s love for the outdoors and for the gemstones in their natural form.

“The opening of our first flagship boutique in San Diego marks a significant strategic move for Allison Neumann as we develop and grow our business in Southern California,” said Neumann, who also would like to grow her presence in independent jewelers nationwide.
