Retailer Robbins Brothers will donate 100 trees for every purchase from its E3 lab-grown diamond collection to the National Forest Foundation.
Los Angeles—Robbins Brothers is using the sales of its lab-grown diamond collection to do good this Earth Day.

The retailer, which has 15 stores across Arizona, California, Texas and Washington, announced it will partner with the National Forest Foundation (NFF) to help restore the country’s forests and grasslands.

For every E3 diamond or piece of jewelry purchased between April 20 and April 22 Robbins Brothers will donate 100 trees to the NFF.

The retailer’s E3 Diamond Collection features lab-grown diamonds in 14-karat recycled gold engagement rings, wedding bands and fashion jewelry.

The trees will be planted across the National Forest System in areas that the U.S. Forest Service has deemed have the greatest need.

Earth Day, which takes place on April 22, first celebrated in 1970 by 22 million Americans. It has since grown to be the largest secular observance day in the world, celebrated by more than a billion people every year.

Help us celebrate #EarthDay (4/22)! In conjunction with our tree-planting promo, we're gifting an #E3 pendant (not pictured) to 2 lucky #winners. To enter, post a pic of your lab grown diamond with the hashtags, #PlantTreesWithRB & #Contest. Contest ends 4/22 at 11:59pm, and random winners will be announced 4/27. #wantwednesday
