JA to Offer HR Solutions to its Members
Jewelers of America has partnered with TriNet for preferred pricing for HR services and access to comprehensive benefit packages.
New York--Jewelers of America has partnered with professional employer organization TriNet to offer a number of human resources solutions to its members.
TriNet now will offer JA members preferred pricing for human resources services and access to comprehensive benefit packages including medical, dental and vision.
TriNet’s HR service helps small and mid-size businesses mitigate exposure to employer-related risk, provides payroll and tax administration, and provides HR guidance.
JA said TriNet’s selection of employee benefits also offers businesses the ability to better attract and retain talent by having access to competitive, top-tier benefits packages as well as have more time to focus on core business functions by transferring time-consuming administrative tasks to TriNet.
“For a majority of our independent members, complete benefit packages and HR support is a costly or unavailable option, and Jewelers of America has been working for some time to find a nationwide option for JA members. JA uses TriNet as our own HR and payroll solution, and we believe their depth and range of services are a great solution for our members,” JA President and CEO David J. Bonaparte said.
TriNet already provides bundled HR solutions and acts as an advisor to thousands of small- to mid-size businesses.
They provide industry-specific HR services through a team of HR professionals and manages them through a cloud-based technology platform. There also is a mobile app from the company that lets employees efficiently conduct HR business anytime anywhere.

This helps founders and entrepreneurs to focus on growing and succeeding in the jewelry business by handing off their administrative burden to us.
