Phibbs will present “Power Moves to Compete in Today’s Market,” a session that will teach jewelers how to recognize and engage the largest group of potential customers, how merchandise can convert “just looking” customers, and how to present merchandise so that it builds business through word-of-mouth and repeat visits.

The keynote is scheduled for 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. on April 5, the opening day of the show.

Phibbs is an expert on business strategy, customer service, sales and marketing. He has consulted for businesses in various industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, service, restaurant and retail.
