Basel--Rapaport Ltd. is bringing The Diamond Show back.
For the second year in a row, Rapaport will hold its diamond-centric trade show at the same time as the Baselworld watch and jewelry Show, in mid-March.
The show has exhibitors from Belgium, England, Israel and India participating, along with a pavilion of American companies organized by the Diamond Dealers Club of New York.
Billed by Rapaport as the “world’s only trade show dedicated to diamonds and diamond jewelry,” The Diamond Show includes both natural white and fancy colored diamonds.
The 2015 version of The Diamond Show is scheduled to open at Markthalle in Basel on Thursday, March 19, the same day that Baselworld opens. Additional show dates are March 20, 22 and 23. The show will not be open on Saturday, March 21 due to religious observances.
The dates for Baselworld this year are March 19 to 26.
