Academy Award-nominated and Emmy Award-winning costume designer Patricia Field
Las Vegas--Patricia Field, the costume designer behind trendsetting shows like Sex and the City and the movie The Devil Wears Prada, will bring her knowledge to JCK Las Vegas for a “fireside chat” with industry veteran Marion Fasel.

“Expressing Style Through Jewelry” is scheduled for Saturday, May 30 at 2 p.m. in the Clockwork Lounge, which is located on the Bayside level, section 1 of the JCK show floor.

Field is taking the place of costume designer Lyn Paolo, who originally was scheduled to give the Expressing Style talk but is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, show organizers said.

Field will join Fasel, founder and editorial director of The Adventurine, to talk trends, her past work, and the “it” factor that catches her eye, and also will take the audience through five curated looks that she styled using jewelry from a number of JCK exhibitors.

Known for influencing women’s fashion through her costume choices on HBO’s Sex and the City, Field is an Academy Award-nominated, Emmy Award-winning costume designer for film and television. She also has had her own boutique in New York City’s Greenwich Village since 1966.
