The ring keeper box set from Scott Kay, including the new “Proposal Pouch”
Teaneck, N.J.--Jewelry brand Scott Kay has introduced another alternative for prospective grooms who want to surprise their intended with a ring but find the box a bit too bulky to hide.

Scott Kay’s new “Proposal Pouch”--a  term the Frederick Goldman-owned brand has trademarked--ring keeper allows the ring to be kept in a soft pouch that’s more flexible and smaller than a ring box although nearly as safe, the company said.

The Proposal Pouch is made of microfiber and is in the brand’s signature purple color. It’s provided upon purchase along with Scott Kay’s newly redesigned ring box, which was unveiled earlier this year.

“An engagement proposal is one of the most important moments in a person’s life,” said Kelly Kahn, Scott Kay’s director of brand management. “As a brand, we understand the meaning behind this special moment and want to make it easier on our consumers. The Scott Kay Proposal Pouch is meant to keep the ring safe and protected wherever one chooses to hide it, allowing our customers to enjoy every second of the occasion instead of stressing about the details leading up to it.”
