Parmigiani Fleurier Americas names new president
Thierry Collot, an industry veteran who has held positions with LVMH and Carrera y Carrera, will work to increase brand awareness for the luxury watch company.
New York--Thierry Collot, who has spent the past five years with Spanish brand Carrera y Carrera, is now president of the Americas for luxury Swiss watch brand Parmigiani Fleurier SA.
Though Collot was appointed to the position in March, the Fleurier, Switzerland-based company officially released the news this month.
In his new role, Collot will work to increase the brand awareness for Parmigiani Fleurier.
The industry veteran, who has almost 20 years of experience in timepieces and luxury accessories, most recently served as president and CEO of the Americas for Carrera y Carrera.
Prior to that he worked with Bertolucci Watches, also heading up the Americas division.
Collot also has held positions at Daum USA as executive vice president, at LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, and at Andros Distributors (formerly Abaco Distributors), where under his supervision the company took over the distribution of the Chaumet, Daniel Roth, Gerald Genta and Zenith brands.
