To mark the 60th anniversary of its patent for the Conquest watch, Longines has created a limited-edition version of the watch. The brand is making 60 of these timepieces in yellow gold, 60 in rose gold and 600 in steel.
Basel--The 1920s, 30s and 70s are the eras on which Longines has drawn in creating new watches for 2014.

The Swatch Group-owned brand introduced a number of timepieces at Baselworld, including a pocket watch that is based on a model from 1927 and has a stamped-out horse motif--a perfect picture for the brand that is the official timekeeper of the Kentucky Derby--on the back and opens to reveal a solid case back.

Longines also has new men’s watches that pay homage to models released in 1935 and 1973, and one that celebrates the 60th anniversary of Longines’ Conquest model.
