Hong Kong--A Patek Philippe Ref. 5004A, one of only 50 of its kind, is expected to sell for as much as $645,000 at Antiquorum’s sale scheduled to take place Saturday at the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong.

Made in 2011, the stainless steel split-seconds chronograph features a perpetual calendar, moon phases, leap year and 24-hour indication.

The Important Modern & Vintage Timepieces auction is Antiquorum’s first sale in celebration of its 40th anniversary this year and will offer a total of 250 lots.

Another highlight of the sale is a Patek Philippe Ref. 5004J, the only known example of this reference in yellow gold with a black dial and the only one ever to appear at auction. The RM038 AL MG Proto 03 magnesium wristwatch features a visible one-minute tourbillon regulator, 48-hour power reserve and a titanium double-folding deployant clasp.

The watch is expected to sell for about $386,800.
