Mercury Ring’s Jeffrey Bergman Joins Overnight Mountings
He is now the manufacturer’s national accounts manager.
New Hyde Park, N.Y.—Jeffrey Bergman, formerly the president of Mercury Ring, has joined the Overnight Mountings team.
Bergman worked at Mercury Ring—the company his grandfather, Arthur Bergman, started in 1944—for more than 20 years, giving him ample experience in the manufacturing, design and sale of bridal and fashion jewelry to retailers across North America and the Caribbean.
He left Mercury Ring in January, his LinkedIn page shows, six months after his mother, Phyllis Bergman, left to start her own company.
Jeffrey Bergman currently serves as the treasurer and board member of the 24 Karat Club of the City of New York and is also a member of the American Gem Society. He formerly served as a member of the Vendor Advisory Board of RJO.
He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and holds an MBA from New York University.
“The entire team at Overnight is looking forward to working closely with Jeffrey Bergman,” Overnight Mountings President and CEO Jeff Adwar said. “His experience and expertise will be a welcome addition to our already-talented team. His customer focus perfectly aligns with Overnight’s philosophy of doing whatever it takes to help our customers succeed.”
