Eloquence’s Jason Segal dies at 76
Longtime diamond salesman Jason Segal died on Dec. 24 of lymphoma. He was 76 years old.

Segal began his career with Napier, later moving on to Bulova, Seiko, and Simon Golub.
He then moved into diamond sales, working with Harry Winston, Kwiat, and, finally, MWI Eloquence, where he worked for the last nine years.
He was a graduate and trustee emeritus of Norwich University in Northfield, Vt., and a commissioned Army officer.
Segal was diagnosed with lymphoma in late November, according to Eloquence.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Jo; his daughter, Katie; and three grandchildren.
“Jason was always a strong personality who carved his chosen path throughout his life until the very end,” the company said in an email statement. “He was an outstanding diamond and jewelry salesman for over 50 years starting with Harry Winston, then working with Kwiat and finally with Eloquence. All of us who had the privilege of knowing and working with Jason are blessed for the experience and will miss him very much. His memory will live on with his family and many friends.”
