The Crown Jewel earrings are available in Lime, Fuchsia, Carnelian, Seaside, Blush, Royalty and Sunlight, all priced at $195, and feature a colored gemstone surrounded by sterling silver and crystals.
“I’ve always used Oprah’s Favorite Things as a guide for myself and for gifting, so it’s completely surreal to see my designs on the page this year,” Hanover said in a statement. “I am honored to be included and these earrings are my personal favorites and a best-seller. I wear them all the time!”

There was one other piece of jewelry to make it on this year’s list, a Rado True Thinline Jubilé watch, which retails for $2,900. The thinnest Rado high-tech ceramic watch, it features a white band, rose gold lines, and mini diamonds.
Two jewelry boxes also were included in the list, an agate-patterned jewelry box from West Elm, priced between $49 and $79 depending on the size, and a Toulouse jewelry box from Jonathan Adler, which retails for $295.
Other items making this year’s list of Oprah’s Favorite Things include the Qooq Touch Kitchen Tablet, loaded with 1,000 recipes searchable by ingredient and videos; the Mophie iPhone case that also charges the phone and provides extra battery life; and custom illustrated pillows from Charles Fradin Home. Customers send in photos of their pets, which then are put onto the pillows as illustrations.
