Police Nab Jewelry Store Robbery, Home Invasion Suspects
Five suspects have been arrested for allegedly following a jewelry store manager to his home before robbing the store where he worked.
Atlanta—Police have arrested five suspects in connection with a February home invasion tied to an Atlanta jewelry store, the Jewelers’ Security Alliance said.
Juan Hernandez Pearson, 38; Temeka Lashon Croskey, 44; Gregory Andrews, 34; Meisha Sims, 31; and Crysell Croskey, 29 (who was already in police custody on other charges), have been charged with multiple felonies. Additional charges are expected.
Tameka Croskey and Crysell Croskey are mother and son.
The charges stem from a crime committed on Feb. 16, in which the manager of Atlanta’s Icebox Diamonds & Watches store was followed to his home in Smyrna, Georgia.

There, the suspects allegedly tied up the manager and his wife, forcing him to hand over the keys to the store.
The victims were held hostage in their home for two hours as some of the suspects went back to the store and cleaned out its safe.
The couple wasn’t harmed, though their home was also burglarized.
Now, JSA says that officers with the Atlanta Police Department and Cobb County Police Department have evidence collected from the arrests, including diamond rings, necklaces, bracelets and watches with price tags still attached and some stamped with the Icebox Diamonds & Watches logo.
