GemFind and The Edge Partner Up
The two companies say their alliance will provide a more seamless experience for jewelers and customers.
Newport Beach, Calif.--GemFind, the digital marketing, systems integration and web services company, and The Edge, the point-of-sale provider, are teaming up to provide a streamlined experience for fine jewelry retailers.
Through its platform JewelCloud, GemFind will be able to easily integrate retailers’ in-store inventory, obtained from The Edge, on retailers’ websites.
The companies said in a press release that besides the improved data integration, their partnership will enable a more efficient turnaround of online services for retailers, plus an improved experience for the customer.
GemFind CEO Alex Fetanat commented: “We review the analytics of hundreds of our jewelry retail customers’ websites on a weekly basis.
“Based on the analytics, we know these users skew younger and expect more both online and offline from a retail experience standpoint. Our relationship and future with The Edge is going to allow us to innovate, engage users and increase store traffic like never before.”
