Jewelers Circle Partners with Bahrain Institute for Pearls & Gemstones
The collaboration, meant to advance the sourcing of and education about natural pearls, provides many benefits to the trade.

Six high-end vintage companies launched Jewelers Circle in 2020, providing a global online marketplace for dealers, retailers, and other trade professionals to showcase and trade rare vintage/antique pieces, designer jewelry, loose stones, pearls, watches, and other items.
Danat specializes in the testing and study of natural pearls, inspired by Bahrain’s long pearling history.
Through the agreement between the two, subscribers of Jewelers Circle will receive free access to Danat’s online course, “Pearl Principles,” as well as free shipping to Bahrain of items to be tested and certified at the lab.
It also includes an exclusive special rate for the Pearl Program package, a multi-day pearl course that combines technical studies with experiential education, including introductions to the pearling families in Bahrain.
For Danat members, the partnership will provide them with a free exhibitor subscription to Jewelers Circle until Jan. 31.
The two organizations will also collaborate on co-branded education, digital content, newsletters, webinars, events, and more.
“With the increase in consumer demand for pearls, the Jewelers Circle knew it was vital for our subscribers to align with the most respected institution and authority on the natural pearl industry, as well as expand our reach within the Middle Eastern markets,” said Marianne Fisher, co-founder and managing director of the Jewelers Circle.
“As a global platform, we look forward to being the trusted platform that educates and promotes the sourcing and selling of natural pearls.”
