4. “How Diamonds Do Good”

The Diamond Empowerment Fund’s Nancy Orem Lyman and Dr. Benjamin Chavis will present “What Your Customers Want--and Need--To Know: How Diamonds Do Good.” The seminar will cover what DEF is doing to spread the message to millennials worldwide about the ways diamonds benefit the communities in which they are mined. It also will include tips on how to engage customers in store and online, and how individual retailers can get their stories uploaded to DEF’s website, DiamondsDoGood.com, where jewelers like Denver’s Hyde Park Jewelers are featured.
