The panel discussion will feature LGBTQ+ leaders across the jewelry, luxury, and creative industries.

“Pride in the Industry: LGBTQ+ Voices in Jewelry” will bring together LGBTQ+ leaders across the jewelry, luxury, and creative industries.
“Some of the most important conversations in jewelry are the ones the industry hasn’t always made room for,” said organizers.
The panel discussion will be moderated by Michelle Graff, editor-in-chief of National Jeweler.
The panelists are Grant Mobley, jewelry and watch editor at the Natural Diamond Council; Jennifer Gandia, co-owner of Greenwich St. Jewelers; Kris Harvey, founder and creative director of Kris Averi; and Michael Stuart Coan, assistant professor and former chair of jewelry at The Fashion Institute of Technology.
The discussion will cover identity, creativity, and belonging within the jewelry trade.
Guests are welcome to stay after the panel discussion for cocktails and networking.
The event will be held Thursday, June 11, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Luminary on 1204 Broadway, 4th floor, in New York City.
Check-in begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by the panel discussion at 6 p.m., with cocktails and networking to follow at 7 p.m.
