RJO Crowns Jewel-Craft ‘Vendor of the Year’
The Kentucky-based company took home the award in the service and specialty goods category.

Erlanger, Ky.—The Retail Jewelers Organization named Jewel-Craft Inc. its “Vendor of the Year” in the service and specialty goods category.
“We're surrounded by the best in the industry in our category and we're humbled to be among them. To win is just so exciting!” said Stefanie Wesdorp Hatfield, a Jewel-Craft fourth-generation founding family member, in a press release.
The winners are chosen by RJO’s retail members to honor companies for “excellence in sales, service and support.”
This win marks the second time in 10 years that Jewel-Craft has taken home this award. The company won for the first time in 2009.
“Jewel-Craft is not only proud to have won the award, but they are also proud of the independent jewelers who have contributed so much to their success,” the company said in a statement.
The family-owned and operated company completed an expansion in April, nearly doubling the size of its Kentucky facility.
The 50,000-square-foot facility now includes 10 new offices for managers and administration, a revamped security system, a fitness area, and patio.
