The 25-year industry veteran replaces Matthew Tratner, who is leaving the organization.
New York—Regina Ciarleglio will serve as Jewelers of America’s new director of membership, the trade association announced Friday.
She replaces Matthew Tratner, the current director of membership and sales and publisher of National Jeweler, who is leaving JA to “pursue new opportunities.”
An industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the watch and jewelry industry, Ciarleglio’s CV boasts some of the most well-known brands in the industry, including Cartier and Gucci.
“We are thrilled to welcome Regina Ciarleglio to Jewelers of America. Regina has a breadth of industry knowledge and experiences and she will be a tremendous asset as we turn our focus to providing added membership value, prioritizing members’ engagement and increasing membership,” said JA President and CEO David J. Bonaparte.
She is currently attending the Gemological Institute of America as a Graduate Gemologist candidate and sits on the board of the Women’s Jewelry Association. Previously, she served on the Jewelers Vigilance Committee’s board.
