Victoria Tse launches jewelry design company
Victoria Tse, who was once married to jewelry designer Christian Tse, has launched her own jewelry company and will debut her pieces at the JCK show later this month in Las Vegas.
Called V. Tse, the jewelry design and manufacturing company was founded this year and is based out of Pasadena, Calif. Tse is the founder, CEO and creative director, overseeing a staff of 40 jewelers.
The brand creates platinum and 18-karat yellow, white and rose gold pieces with precious and semi-precious colored gemstones and diamond accents. Offering necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings, retail prices range from $5,000 to more than $25,000.
“V. Tse is focused on creating classic, beautifully crafted jewelry featuring whimsical and lurid color palettes in lots of purples, yellows and blues,” Tse said.
Tse is the former chief operating officer of Christian Tse Corporation, which she co-founded with her ex-husband, jewelry designer Christian Tse. She oversaw all aspects of the firm’s operations, including sales, marketing and design direction.
Christian and Victoria were no longer married or business partners as of 2011, and the Christian Tse Corp. manufacturing business--spare the name--was purchased by Victoria. Christian is not involved with the V. Tse company.
