The Modern Chain Collection is based on the brand’s Classic Chain men’s bracelets launched in 1992, which were meant to reflect traditional Balinese weaving technique. In the years since, Hardy’s artisans have experimented with the Classic Chain's design, flattening and slimming the links into contemporary variants.
The latest incarnation features plenty of offerings for female customers as well, with 25 styles encompassing bracelets, earrings, rings and necklaces in gold, silver, white diamonds and black sapphires ranging from $250 to $19,500 retail.
The men’s styles consists of six bracelets in silver and silver with a gold clasp, ranging from $795 to $1,795 retail.
The Modern Chain Collection will be offered as part of Hardy’s core collection, in addition to the Classic Chain, Bamboo, Dot and Legends collections. It will be available Aug. 15 at select retailers and on JohnHardy.com.
