Hanut Singh makes the occasional pendant or ring, but his proven passion is earrings.

The designer, who sells at Roseark, Fred Leighton and just concluded a trunk show with Moda Operandi, is something of a genius in the product category.

Inspired by history, his elaborate works are a modern imagining of what Marie Antoinette might wear, always with a nod to India’s rich jewelry tradition.

These 18-karat gold, pink quartz, pearl, diamond and enamel “tremblant” or "trembling" earrings are a standout of the designer’s new fall offerings.

Priced at $7,800, they’re available via the Haunt Singh website.
