London—British jewelry editorial showcase The Jewellery Cut is returning to London Fashion Week for its third consecutive event.

“The Jewellery Cut Live” is a two-day showcase that will see 20-plus independent jewelry designers present their wares to industry buyers, press and influencers, as well as to the public.

In addition to presenting new collections, designers have the option to sell pieces to customers during the event.

As with past iterations, The Jewellery Cut Live will also feature educational talks and mini events throughout the two-day showcase, including a late-night shopping event on Monday, Sept. 16 from 6 to 9 p.m.

In addition to a wide range of British talents, some international designers are joining The Jewellery Cut fray this season, like California designer and Couture jewelry trade show exhibitor Loren Nicole, who creates jewels inspired by ancient pieces.

“We have curated an exciting and diverse selection of jewelers within an inclusive, relaxed event,” said The Jewellery Cut co-founder and longtime jewelry journalist Rachael Taylor. “Our policy has always been that absolutely everyone is welcome at The Jewellery Cut Live, whether browsing, buying, planning a commission or simply curious.

“It is a fun day out for jewelry novices and connoisseurs alike, and a safe haven for the magpies among us who still feel too intimidated to walk through the door of a jewelry store.”

The Jewellery Cut Live is happening Sept. 15 to 16 at the Pompadour Ballroom in the Hotel Café Royal.

Free tickets are available through Eventbrite.
