Alexandra Mor debuts at iconic New York retailer
This spring holds two milestones for designer Alexandra Mor--her brand’s fifth anniversary, and the launch of a 16-piece capsule collection at Bergdorf Goodman.

New York--This spring, as designer Alexandra Mor celebrates her brand’s fifth anniversary, she also will launch a new capsule collection at New York luxury department store Bergdorf Goodman.
“Color Stories,” slated to debut April 17, is comprised of 16 limited edition and one-of-a-kind pieces created just for the launch at Bergdorf Goodman, celebrating femininity with both curvy silhouettes and a palate of six soft colors--coral, pink, pearl, golden-wheat, lilac-aqua, and green-mint.
To create these hues, the design of the pieces will combine colored stones such as rose quartz, moonstone, baroque pearls, coral, Andean opals, pink opals, aquamarine and diamonds, set in 18-karat yellow gold and platinum.
Made in her New York City studio, the 16 pieces also will include her signature details like the knife-edged wire and yellow gold interior lining that she incorporates into every piece as a “retrospective to the past.”
“There is so much about the history and current experience of Bergdorf Goodman that coincides with my brand’s story, so it was only natural to make it my premiere retailer in New York City,” Mor said. “I’m honored to be included among the extraordinary jewelry designers that call Bergdorf Goodman home.”
She also just opened her first dedicated salon in Boston’s Dorfman Jewelers.
Bergdorf Goodman, meanwhile, began its first renovation in more than a decade last summer, a five-year overhaul for the high-end, Neiman Marcus Group-owned retailer that will include an updated jewelry space it expects to unveil later this year.
