Jessica McCormack Debuts Antique Coin-Inspired Medallions for Summer
The 11-piece “Medallions” capsule collection features five motifs: a crying eye, a heart on fire, a spiral, a flower, and a swallow.
Jessica McCormack’s summer capsule collection, “Medallions,” consists of antique coin-inspired pendants crafted in the brand’s London workshop.
London—Jessica McCormack just introduced an 11-piece collection of medallions that pair with scaled-down versions of what’s expected to be a major jewelry trend this summer—big beaded necklaces.
The brand said the designs in the “Medallions” collection build on its notion of creating modern-day heirlooms by appearing “timeworn yet distinctly contemporary.”
Each pendant features one of five motifs: an eye, burning heart, spiral, flower, or swallow.
A single goldsmith handcrafted and finished each medallions in Jessica McCormack’s London workshop.
The medallions evoke the look of an antique coin through their slightly worn surfaces and hand-punched hallmarks in 18-karat yellow gold, while diamonds set in 18-karat blackened white gold and ultra-high polish button backs add a contemporary feel.

Jessica McCormack’s “Cry Baby” pendant in 18-karat yellow gold features a diamond pupil and a 0.70-carat pear-cut diamond tear set in an 18-karat blackened white gold Georgian style cut-down setting ($28,000). There is also a version with a 3.02-carat pear-cut diamond drop (price upon request).
The 18-karat yellow gold “Wild at Heart” pendant features a 0.70-carat heart-cut diamond set in 18-karat blackened gold ($28,000).
The “Fern” pendant in 18-karat yellow gold has an 18-karat blackened white gold spiral pattern set with 1.14 carats of round brilliant diamonds ($28,000).
The “Flower Power” pendant showcases a flower motif in 18-karat yellow gold with a 0.70-carat emerald-cut diamond in an 18-karat blackened white gold Georgian style cut-down setting ($28,000).
A “Swallows & Amazons” pendant features an 18-karat blackened white gold swallow motif set with 0.46 carats of diamonds on an 18-karat yellow gold medallion with a 0.70-carat emerald-cut diamond drop ($35,000). There is also a version with a 2.71-carat emerald-cut diamond drop (price upon request).
The pendants are “rich in meaning yet open to interpretation,” said Jessica McCormack, as they are shaped by both design and the wearer’s individual experience.
The capsule collection also includes necklaces in four styles.
Color is introduced through hand-carved lapis lazuli beads paired with 18-karat yellow gold cylinders in the “Long Guard” necklaces, pictured below.

A “Long Guard” necklace with lapis lazuli beads totaling 33.10 carats, 18-karat yellow gold cylinders, and three 0.40-carat round brilliant diamonds set in 18-karat blackened white gold ($50,500).
The pendants also can be paired with the brand’s signature 18-karat yellow gold “Ball n Chain” necklaces.
The Medallions capsule collection retails from $25,250.
It debuted on May 7 and is available on the Jessica McCormack website.
The London-based brand, which won a Gem Award for Retail Innovation this year, also has a store on New York City’s Madison Avenue that opened in 2025.
