Savannah Friedkin Jewelry Names New CEO
Former Stephanie Gottlieb Fine Jewelry executive Morgan P. Richardson is joining the lab-grown diamond jewelry brand.

Savannah Friedkin founded her eponymous lab-grown diamond jewelry brand in 2024 with a focus on modern designs and sustainable craftsmanship.
The company said it promotes the use of 100 percent recycled gold and climate neutral processes across packaging and manufacturing, appealing to “elevated, modern, and environmentally conscious tastemakers.”
Richardson will lead the commercial, operational, and financial architecture of the business, working closely with Friedkin to uphold her creative vision while driving global growth.
"I'm joining with a tremendous optimism about the future. The clarity and strength of Savannah's distinct point of view, combined with her designs—which achieve an unmistakable balance of boldness and elegance—are what drew me to this role," said Richardson.
"I feel incredibly energized by this opportunity to build on the success of a house with true originality in today's luxury landscape."
Richardson brings several years of luxury merchandising and consumer expertise to the new role.
She most recently served as president and chief commercial officer at New York-based Stephanie Gottlieb Fine Jewelry, a brand that champions natural, ethically sourced diamonds across its collections and in collaborations.
Prior to that, Richardson served as president of the Americas at La Perla, where she led a restructuring of the Italian fashion brand’s U.S. entity.
She has also held senior executive leadership roles at Oscar de la Renta, Barney's, and Bloomingdale’s.
She is a graduate of Harvard University.
Friedkin said, "Finding the right person to lead Savannah Friedkin Jewelry meant finding someone who sees what I see: that you can make something truly beautiful and hold it to an uncompromising ethical standard without sacrificing quality.”
"Morgan embraces that instinctively, and I am excited to build something together that reflects that belief."
The brand is part of The Friedkin Group, the Houston-based privately held family enterprise led by Savannah’s father, chairman and CEO Dan Friedkin. The group’s portfolio also includes Auberge Collection, Everton FC, AS Roma, Imperative Entertainment, 30West, and Neon among others.
Savannah Friedkin Jewelry is available online and through its seasonal boutique at the Jerome Hotel in Aspen, Colorado.
The brand is actively building out its New York-based executive team ahead of a planned international expansion, it said.
