Sasha Primak Hires New Design Director
The manufacturer has tapped Alicia Arnold, the former director of custom design at Tiny Jewel Box.

In her new role, Arnold will lead creative development across fine jewelry and bridal, in addition to collaborating with retail partners on custom programs and capsule collection development.
Arnold, who brings more than two decades of fine jewelry and luxury product development experience, is respected for her sophisticated taste and technical expertise, the company said.
She previously served as the director of custom design at Tiny Jewel Box in Washington, D.C., where she led the design and development of the company’s in-house bridal collection, “Roslyn.”
While there, she also created bespoke jewelry for private clients and public figures, as well as official gifts of state.
Arnold is classically trained at the bench as both a goldsmith and platinumsmith.
Her background includes hand rendering, CAD development, product conceptualization, and creative direction across both fine and high jewelry categories.
“Our heritage has always been rooted in quality and manufacturing excellence,” said David Primak, chief operating officer of Sasha Primak.
“With Alicia joining the team, we are expanding upon that foundation in a meaningful way. Her balance of artistic vision and technical craftsmanship creates an opportunity to provide independent retailers with true creative partnership.”
Arnold joining the company signals the beginning of a new chapter for the manufacturer as it develops new fine jewelry and bridal collections, Sasha Primak said.
The company said it plans to build upon its legacy while introducing new design narratives and expanding customization capabilities for retailers.
Arnold’s appointment reflects its investment in personalized support for independent retailers seeking elevated designs and unique manufacturing solutions, it added.
“I’m incredibly excited to join Sasha Primak with their extraordinary legacy of craftsmanship and manufacturing excellence, and I see tremendous opportunity to build upon that foundation through fresh design, strong storytelling, and beautifully executed jewelry,” said Arnold.
“I’m looking forward to creating collections that feel luxurious, distinctive, and deeply connected to the artistry of fine jewelry.”
