Retailer Launches Bridal Line Designed by Phyllis Bergman
In addition to creating the collection for Robbins Brothers, the industry executive also wrote a book about her 50-year marriage that will be gifted with purchase.

New York--Robbins Brothers, the multi-state fine jewelry retailer, is launching a new line of platinum engagement ring and wedding band styles this month, designed by jewelry industry executive Phyllis Bergman.
The collection is called “Platinum Relationships by Phyllis Bergman.”
Bergman has been the CEO of Mercury Ring Corporation, a bridal special order manufacturer, since 1986. The company was created by her husband’s family in 1944.
“Platinum Relationships” is comprised of 20 ring styles. Robbins Brothers will debut the collection at its Glendale and San Diego stores in California and at one of its Houston, Texas locations this month.
The collection is inspired by Bergman’s 50-year marriage to her husband. For the designer, platinum offers the perfect metaphor for lasting love.
“Phyllis Bergman’s engaging book will inspire couples to begin writing their own love story as they select their engagement ring and wedding brand from this beautiful collection,” said Robbins Brothers Vice President Sandy Sansavera.
“Platinum is an important part of this story because, like true love, it stands the test of time. Its naturally white color will never fade, and it offers an extremely secure setting for diamonds and other precious gemstones. It’s going to make shopping for rings at Robbins Brothers a very unique and memorable experience.”
