Gemvision Releases Updated MatrixGold
MatrixGold 3.11, the newest version of the jewelry design program, offers more flexibility, precision, and creative control.
Gemvision, a Stuller company, has released MatrixGold 3.11.
Lafayette, La.—Gemvision, a Stuller company, has released an updated version of its jewelry design program, MatrixGold 3.11.
The update adds tools and enhancements to streamline the jewelry design process and offer designers more flexibility, precision, and creative control.
MatrixGold 3.11 includes iJewel3d integration, allowing users to produce high-quality visuals with advanced materials and realistic lighting.
The new version also features a "smart prong” feature, which helps users accurately place prongs between stones in a line, and a “matching band rail” feature, which automatically generates a band that follows the ring’s contour for a customizable fit.
Another addition is “Boolean One by One,” a simplified complex Boolean operation that offers more control by isolating and fixing elements individually for cleaner results.
A bounding box feature allows users to view exact geometry dimensions in the viewport and keep accurate measurements.
Designers can also now toggle global parametric mode with one click.
The update also features organizational tools like custom project manager tags for quickly locating files and color-coded quick command tags for organizing favorite tools.
