New York-based Ogilvy & Mather was named the Cannes Lions Network of the Year and the EFFIEs World’s Most Effective Agency Network for two consecutive years, 2012 and 2013. The company’s has more than 160 offices globally.
Stuller has appointed Kevin Metz as its chief marketing officer in order to better align its growing print and ecommerce initiatives, the company said. He assumed his position Feb. 17.
Metz’s primary responsibilities will include overseeing Stuller’s corporate branding, channel marketing, social media and web, creative content and campaign development and execution.
He most recently served as vice president of digital marketing with women’s clothing retailer Caché, where he achieved a 100 percent sales growth in the course of one year. Metz also held positions with ULTA Beauty, Yankee Candle Company Inc. and Bass Pro Shops.
Edward Record has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer of J.C. Penney, assuming responsibility for the financial operations of the company.
He succeeds Ken Hannah, who will remain CFO until Record takes over on March 24.
Record has 25 years of experience managing the financial and operational performance of multiple retailers, including six years at Houston-based retailer Stage Stores, senior vice president of finance at Kohl’s and controller and senior vice president of finance at Belk.
